We are confident in our domestic shipping policy, which ensures that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and we offer free shipping on orders over $150. You can expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days after 2-3 business days of processing time. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to high order volume. Please allow additional days in production time and transit for delivery. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that all pre-order products will be shipped along with products that are in-stock all together. If you need to expedite your non "pre-order" purchasing items please email us so we can further assist you.
www.becky.press is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Buyer must inspect the quality and quantity of products at the time and place of delivery and sign the proof if delivery (if applicable).
International Order
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges. Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, these taxes are not included in the international shipping fee.
If an order is refused or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, reshipment expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping. Orders will NOT be refunded due to unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local shipping courier office for fees information before placing an order.
