Travel Minimum
Minimum travel of $150 to travel.

Mileage charge of $2.00 per mile.

Payment
A 50% non-deposit is required to book an appointment for new clients. For returning clients, full payment is required.
20% gratuity is assessed on the total amount for services. Acceptable forms of payments are Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App.

Cancellation Policy
NAILED BY BECKY requires a 1 week notice for any cancellations or changes prior to your scheduled spa services. Any cancellations or changes within 1 week of notice will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.

Late Appointment Policy
For all appointments that are late, the technician will only be able to offer shortened services.

Event Bookings
Please contact us for inquiries about events such as bachelorette parties, birthdays, or other events for groups of 4 or more.

Service Request Premiums
For all special requests, there will be an assessed premium dollar amount which will be determined based on the request. (I.E. Appointments requested early morning, evening, outdoor, etc.)
